  4. (ANTI TPO) Is it any critical problem?

I m having thyroid and from 4 month I used to 50 mg medicine for that.suddenly my thyroid goes up..doctor suggest me to do anti -tpo test.and the result is 980.6 IU/ml..what is the meaning of that..is it any critical problem?
