Get a USG guided FNAC from the lumps and Get the swelling examined by a Oncosurgeon .If it comes out to be benign , the Doctor may advise on delaying the removal till completion of breast feeding. If something suspicious is found then they may advise on removal of the suspicious swellings.
Next Steps
Visit an Oncosurgeon.
