Do I need to pay anything extra at the clinic ?

While paying online, you pay the consultation fee for the appointment slot you have booked. This does not include any registration fee applicable at the clinic/hospital and in some specialities - for example, a psychiatrist - if the appointment consultation slot extends, you might be charged accordingly. Also, you will be charged for any procedure you opt for at the clinic/hospital.

Can I cancel the appointment ?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel the appointment any time before the scheduled time. Please note:

  • -Free cancellation and rescheduling are available until 2 hours before the appointment time.
  • -After the stipulated time, rescheduling will not be available and a fee of Rs 50 will be applicable for cancellation or no-show.

To cancel an appointment, simply follow these steps -

  • 1.Login to your Practo account.
  • 2.Navigate to "Appointments".
  • 3.Go to - "I need help with my appointment".
  • 4.Select - "I want to cancel the appointment".

Can I reschedule the appointment ?

Yes, absolutely. You can reschedule the cashless appointment any time before 2 hours of the appointment time. The rescheduling of the appointment is subject to the appointment slot availability with the doctor.
Please note:

  • -Free cancellation and rescheduling are available until 2 hours before the appointment time.
  • -After the stipulated time, rescheduling will not be available and a fee of Rs 50 will be applicable for cancellation or no-show.

To reschedule an appointment simply follow these steps -

  • 1.Login to your Practo Account.
  • 2.Navigate to "Appointments".
  • 3.Go to - "I need help with my appointment".
  • 4.Select - "I want to reschedule the appointment".
  • 5.Select the new time and click on "Confirm".

I was unable to visit the doctor and forgot to cancel/reschedule the appointment. Will I get a refund ?

If you are unable to visit the doctor for your appointment, you will be charged Rs 50 as a no-show fee and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment in 7-9 working days after the day of your appointment.

What will happen if the doctor is not available at the time of appointment?

In the unlikely event where the doctor is unavailable at the time of appointment, please ask the doctor/clinic/hospital to cancel the appointment. Once cancelled by the doctor/clinic/hospital, we will refund the full booking amount to the original mode of payment.

In the rare instance where the appointment is not cancelled by the doctor/clinic/hospital, please get in touch with us on the same day and we will help you with the appointment cancellation so you get a full refund.

In case, you miss to ask the doctor/clinic/hospital to cancel the appointment and you don’t reach out to us to cancel the appointment either, you will be charged Rs 50 as the no-show fee and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment in 7-9 working days after the appointment time.
