Shashank ND

CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Shashank co-founded Practo in 2008 with his NITK Surathkal friend, Abhinav Lal & Siddhartha Nihalani. Driven by a personal healthcare experience, he identified critical gaps in the industry and envisioned a technology-driven solution. From pioneering software solutions for doctors to establishing India's first digital healthcare company, Shashank has built Practo with a vision to simplify and improve access to quality healthcare. His visionary leadership and relentless commitment to quality have resulted in a suite of products focused on improving health outcomes. Shashank oversees Practo's overall direction while remaining actively involved in product development.

Abhinav Lal

CO-FOUNDER & CTO

Abhinav looks after product and technology at Practo. A passionate techie, Abhinav has been instrumental in building a product that's loved and used by over 30 crore users across the country. From design and development, system architecture, operational integrity, system support and maintenance to data security and privacy, Abhinav is a hands-on CTO who firmly believes in creating value for all its stakeholders. In his quest to create an exceptional user experience, Abhinav has built a team of persevering thinkers, who are hard at work, solving some of the most challenging problems in the industry.

Siddhartha Nihalani

CO-FOUNDER

A Co-founder with a lifelong passion for technology, Siddhartha has been a driving force behind Practo's innovative product launches, including appointment booking and telemedicine. His strategic thinking and technical expertise have played a pivotal role in the company's growth and expansion. After graduating from NITK Surathkal, Siddhartha joined hands with his batchmates Shashank and Abhinav to bring the idea of Practo to life. Since then, Siddhartha has been dedicated to leveraging technology to improve healthcare access and outcomes, is actively working on growth and expansion of Practo's core business in India.
