We have given order for opticals after consultation. We paid rs 20000 upfront on 08.01.2022 with delivery date 12.01.2022 at Tirupur hospital. Today date is 28.01.2022. till date not delivered. We contacted the optical section twice. But not properly answered. I have never seen such a bad service .

The doctor at the foundation didn't provide adequate amount of help but later on I called Dr.Ramamurthy and he was more than willing to listen to my ply and pull up my file and helped me with my medical prescription...which I still believe for the doctor who did consult with could've done a better job...Thank You Dr.Ramamurthy...I appreciate you taking time out to help me out without even meeting up personally!
