Doctor was kind. She was very polite and explained the issue very patiently. The doctor didn't prescribe any unwanted medicines.
The doctor is good and her diagnosis is excellent. I appreciated her care during the consultation. However, the clinic timing at 7 PM causes patients, including senior citizens, to wait outside, and the staff arrive just before 7 PM. It would be better if the clinic opened earlier so patients could wait inside comfortably.
Dr. M. S. Deepa listened carefully to all my concerns and prescribed medicine for each issue. She was very attentive, and I felt my problems were properly addressed.
I waited 1.5 hours because Dr. M. S. Deepa came late, and the consultation lasted only about 2 minutes. I felt the waiting time was a waste.
