I visited Aarees Orthodontic Dental Clinic with my parents yesterday morning.

We had an awful experience not only with the Front Desk girl but also with Dr Seetharaman. Both the Dr and his staff were rude, impolite and abusive.

We consulted the doctor after paying the consultation fees of ₹600.

While for me, only regular cleaning/scaling procedure was done, for my mother, the Root Canal procedure was advised by the doc.

After consulting Dr Seetharam for the root canal procedure, we waited about 10mins. Nobody informed us that some amount was required to be paid. We were planning to come after two days to start the root canal procedure for my mother (which would cost us around ₹60-65k), and as there was no one at the reception, we left the clinic.

The receptionist called me after 5-10 mins and started abusing me and accusing me of running away without making the payment for the X-ray and scaling. Since I was just a few yards away from the clinic, I went back and asked her if this was the way to talk to a customer.

Dr Seetharaman butted in and started abusing my father, who is about 80 years old. My father, *** *** ** ********** ********** was accused of not paying Rs 2600.

This is not the way to behave with a senior citizen.

When the front desk girl called me, she could have told me politely that some charges had to be paid and that I could make the payment online or come to the clinic to make the payment. Instead, she and Dr started verbally abusing us at the clinic. We were ********** *** insulted in front of other patients.

Please note the front desk girl neither provided a hard copy of the X-ray nor a soft copy was provided even after settling the bill. A soft copy of the x-ray was emailed to me only after following up with them in the evening.

We live in a retirement community home and often recommend doctors to our neighbours and friends. We will never recommend Dr Seetharaman to anyone.

Based on our experience, NEVER go to this doctor EVER.

Dr.Vijay & Dr.Srinidhi, made me so comfortable during my first RCT procedures with explanations.

It was nightmare before & at start of the RCT Procedure, later with their handling procedures, I was comfortable and happy with the RCT.

Good Young Doctors and the Medical facility is too clean and well organised in all means.

Excellent initial consultation with and diagnosis from the doctor. I will need to go back for commencing treatment in a few days' time, but I already have the confidence that the doctor will provide me with the relevant treatment in a professional and efficient manner the day I go back for the treatment.

Very patient friendly and reassuring approach. Explains to the patient the various options available and very ethical in treating the patients. As a microbiologist, I was able to appreciate the absolutely sterile condition of the clinic. The doctor uses latest equipment which, along with his expertise makes the diagnosis and treatment accurate.
