A passion for food science coupled with her interest in special children led varsha to undertake a project on developing supplementation for autistic children as her college thesis. Varsha was invited to present this paper at the prestigious National Institute of Nutrition, Apart from this she was also actively seeking out the latest advances in nutrition science. This led her to pursue a career focussed on Nutrigenetics, data science and Blood chemistry.For the last three years Varsha has worked on developing frameworks and protocols based on cutting edge research. I had a really positive experience with ONP and Coach Maya. The diet plan I was provided with gave me a lot of flexibility to plan my meals around and experiment with what works for me and my schedule.
saw good results in inch loss, weight loss and reduction in bloating during the course of the program.
The team was very understanding when I had to take a break due to travel or if I couldn't follow the plan if I had to eat outside.

What stood out to me most was the detailed process and the clear explanations throughout. Every necessary test was completed before starting the program, and she took the time to truly understand his lifestyle and goals before creating a personalized plan that felt practical and sustainable.
I was especially surprised by how she helped us understand the classification of foods—what we previously assumed was fibre was actually categorized differently, such as carbohydrates or proteins. That clarity completely changed how we looked at everyday meals. I had subscribed for a 3 month program with Varsha’s ONP. When I first started my diet plan with Varsha's ONP few months back I had very low energy levels with sugar cravings. Once I joined the programme I was explained very clearly on how to take a balanced meal and how to compensate if a macro is missed out or taken in excess, I learnt to prioritise protein and fibre in every meal. This has helped me sustain the habit of taking a balanced meal even after the programme.
I have tried few diet plans before but always there has been many restrictions by avoiding routine food, but in Varsha’s ONP they explained how to take home cooked foods in a balanced way without compromising the comfort zone.
They were always there to give me options in case I had to attend a function or was travelling. Certain days even though I was unable to follow everything, they were very supportive on how to get back on track from the very next meal. I did not have to compromise on things I like or sugary items rather was taught how to take them in moderation and how to compensate the other macors accordingly, this was an eye opener for me.
With their support, I lost inches and few kgs and visible difference noted by others also with sustainable food choices. I Highly recommend them to anyone looking for balanced, sustainable guidance.

I had multiple health issues(Ibs and Ibd) over the past couple of years and always felt stuck on how to resolve it. I met Varsha on practo and decided to give it a go. I would say it was worth it. I have been in her program for almost couple of months and I could see drastic changes in my health. Burping, gas , bloating have significantly reduced. The diet plan was easy to follow and I never had to sacrifice on anything. Varsha took her time and explained me what i was doing wrong all this time and gave me the confidence that i could reduce almost all my health concerns by just changing my diet. Aisha from her team , was simply awesome gently nudging me in the right direction! Her sweet persistence to stay on track helped me loose 5kgs in 4 months !! And the difference is sooooo visible!
