Ms. Steffi J Jerlin

Ms. Steffi J Jerlin is a qualified Dietitian with expertise of over 6 years in the field of Wellness and weight management. She has completed her M. Sc., M. Phil., in Foods and Nutrition from Women’s Christian College, Chennai. Ms. Steffi is the managing partner of Jiyaa and has helped many individuals manage weight and live a healthy, happy life through her effective counselling, practically applicable diet plans and fitness programs. She is also very efficient in conducting awareness programs and corporate presentations. Jiyaa is a health organisation which has qualified professionals and extends its services to various corporate, factories, gyms and individual clients by conducting campaigns, fitness programs, diet counselling, aerobics, etc.Ms. Steffi believes in Churchill’s statement, “Healthy citizens are the greatest asset any country can have” and is more passionate about creating healthy citizens and has a bigger vision to create a ‘Healthy Community’. She also gives health talks at Government organised health programs for Government employees and free nutrition education programs for Govt. schools. Her main interest in on disease prevention and together with her team she is working towards the goal with zeal.She is a life member of Indian Dietetic Association.
