My son who is 3 years old not uttering a single word, no eye contact, no listening skill, no thinking capacity. I had a consultation with Apollo Hospital and psychiatrist asked to give Occupational Therapy/Speech Therapy. I took him 1year for OccupationalTherapy in Velachery. I don’t have much changes on his and While searching for othercentres. I found out Chaitanya , i went there . I could see a lot of difference. He started listening, pointing to his needs; I feel that I have wasted a year who gave only traditional Occupational Therapy in the other centre, which is of no use to him. After coming to Chaitanya within 4 months of time, he has improved eye contact, started listening with the commands and started uttering single words.Thank you Chaitanya and Crew.

A mother gives birth to a child and Dr. Geeva gives life to our child. My son Manav went to her Centre as a clay with no eye contact, doesn't know to eat, hardly spoke few words. It's been more than a year and she has been molding him to a fine boy of 4 years who at times make me to say to stop talking ! She shows personal interest to every child and moulds them carefully. My son cannot stay without seeing her for few days and this shows the love she gives to our children. She is a wonderful Dr and I'm glad I found her to help my son. I'm sure every child under her shade will bloom in colors like my son has just started.

This Review is from a fellow perent . My kid is going through therapy for the past 6 months in Chaitanya .

When i used to wait for my child till the session gets over , a speech delay child used to come . Before , six months the girl barely talks 3 to 4 words . Now , the girl started to talk more than 25 words and communicate her needs .

When I observed this keenly , i made sure that this place is right for my child's development .

The kids are been individually taken care. Dr.Kamalraj and Dr.Geeva kamalraj giving individual attention towards the needs of each and every kid , which turns out the child life to be fruitful.

Chaitanya's teamwork improves the life of Child.

My son Dugu has been coming for both speech and occupational therapy at Chaitanya for almost a year and I see a huge difference in him. Before coming here for therapy, he was over 3 years old and he did not utter a word. After coming here he has learnt to say “mama”, “papa” and is also responding by saying “yes” and “no”. He has started recognising and remembering people from a year back and it makes me very happy to see my child improving. Dugu had fear of certain things like the lift, table/ wall fans etc but now he has overcome all of that. He has also started becoming more social with other people. In school, he is now sitting in class and is more social with the kids in class. I am very happy as a mother to see my child improving and doing better. Thank you Chaitanya.

This is feedback of the Chaitanya Speech therapy center run by Ms. Geeva. I haven't interacted with her directly. I have a kid with speech delay. I found out about Chaitanya through internet - carried away by the great reviews on Google, JustDial & Practo. Only after few weeks of enrollment in the center, I found out about some unethical practices & strange rules & processes. I'm listing them below for the benefit of all parents

1. First of all, the reviews you see are not completely genuine. They choose & invite parents who are vulnerable to fill out feedback right in front of them at the center, coerce them into giving ONLY 5 star rating with ONLY positive reviews.

2. They are secretive about everything. Absolutely no transparency. You are not allowed to take a look at their facility. You won't be told/shown who the therapist is, so obviously no interaction with the therapists. Only moms are allowed for observation. Observation is not in-person, you can only look at the webcam feed. No photos or videos are allowed during the observation. They won't inform you what goals they are working on. If you provide any inputs on what goals you want them to work on, it will be disregarded. There is no way for you to know whether your child is actually in therapy inside or just sitting idle.

3. There has been an incident where parents in the last time slot have noticed that more kids came out of the center than the number of therapists, which goes to prove that 1-1 is not the case as promised.

4. My kid took 40 sessions each for OT & Speech. I didn't notice a single change in him. He's been under OT therapy elsewhere for a while before coming to this center. So whatever I saw in OT observation was what he already knew. In fact, they had no idea what he knows. They were blindly following a standard regimen without considering the kid's capabilities. Speech observation was really a big disappointment. It was just for 15 mins. He did almost same activities as in OT. Not even once he was asked to speak. Therapist in Speech observation was exactly the same person in OT Observation but they denied it. I had proof bcoz I clicked a pic during OT obs after which they prohibited it.

5. You won't get a receipt so easily for the huge fees you pay. You have to fight it out every time. Jyothi - the center head is the go-to person for all your needs & is hardly polite to parents. Except for the initial consultation with Mr. KamalRaj / Ms. Geeva, you don't get to meet them at all.

So dear parents, PLEASE do yourself & your child a big favor by not sending them to this center. I hope other parents come out & share their true & honest experiences with this center.

She is the best person to deal with kids like my son,who is attention deficit .she was the first one to say that my son is not autistic but he is (LD)within autism spectrum.unlike others she doesn't give wrong belief to parents that your child will be cured completely.I loved the way she explained my son's condition. She assures of overall development of the child.This is her USP.I suggest all mothers to take their child once to her so that you would also feel the same experience.Leave ur child to her she would mould ur child n shape their life.Her voice n approach to the problem is awesome.May god give her more strength n stamina to continue her excellent job for many years to come so that many kids get benefitted.Really she is very passionate about her job which very less people nowadays have.Hats off to you mam.

Our daughter was diagnosed with developmental delay , and as parents were had no idea how to go about it. We contacted Chaithanya Therapy centre through a reference and she was put for occupational therapy and speech therapy from the age of 3.5yrs,

Now she is 6yrs old she has shown excellent improvement in her communication skill and social skills .Now she talks ,argues .It was a huge relief for us to see her changes.

We put her of remedial education after her school hours. She has shown remarkable improvement in her academics .

They hardly take any holidays and the specialist therapist are very dedicated . We used to get, her regular monthly assessment .The timing of the classes were very suitable for us . we are very happy to see the changes in her.

Initially I gave therapy near Chrompet and my child had not improved most of areas she just daily going to OT and Speech but less improvement. Hi i am father of mukunthan came for occupational therapy to Chaitanya Therapy Centre. Im so glad to say that they use different activities, textures methods for Sensory issues. His hyperactivity gradually reduced. Dr.Geeva Kamalraj gave us home programs and guiding us at the right path. My family is happy that our child is getting good therapy in the best therapy centre.

I am Sunaina Mother of Aashna. I am attending Chaitanya Therapy centre from past 3 months for my daughter both Occupational Therapy & Speech Therapy. I have seen a great progress within 2 months.
