Patricia Priyadharshini PF has been exposed to provide, in depth assessment and therapy for a case load of children with severe and complex speech and language needs including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), Attention deficit Hyperactive Disorder(ADHD), Intellectual Disability(ID), Cerebral Palsy(CP), Global Developmental Delay(GDD), Hearing Impairment(HI), Seizure Disorder, Cleft Lip nd Palate(CLP), Dysphagia/swallowing difficulties, Speech Sound Disorder(SSD)/Misarticulation, Fluency disorders like Stuttering and cluttering, Hyperfunctional and Hypofunctional voice disorders. As an Audiologist, She has been trained in performing Pure Tone Audiometry(PTA), Speech Audiometry, Otoacoustic emission testing, and other hearing tests to accurately establish the presence or absence of hearing capabilities in adults and children. She has been trained in keeping confidential and accurate records which can be assessed at all times, assisting with ear mold maintainance and cleaning, offering professional advice and support on managing hearing difficulties, Electrophysiological tests like otoacoustic emission, Auditory brainstem response, Vestibular evoked Myogenic Potential, Vedionystagmography. She has been developed knowledge and skills working intensively with children with special needs including Down syndrome. Rehabilitation for adults with dysphagia, She also work closely with parents and other professionals on goals that are holistic, realistic and functional.
