You may feel little difficult initially to adapt but it is easy to cook.. All queries have been addressed by her politely. I have completed 2 months and lost around 5kgs with her assitance. Visited Wootu Nutrition at OMR Road, Perungudi and consulted with Dietitian Nancy. The appointment time was honoured to the T as in, the wait time was just 2 mins. They respected the pre-booked slots and prioritised us for that slot. I am an IT employee and went to Wootu during my lunch and the time sense made my life easy. My office is right next to Wootu in OMR.
I wanted to consult for Keto diet and Dietitian Nancy helped me with a lot of information on Ketogenic diet and helped me understand the misconceptions about keto that we normally read in google. I was surprised to know that they also provide keto food freshly prepared everyday. I have enrolled for that keto food delivery plan. Its been one week and their support, service and food taste are all good. Neatly packed nice keto food was delivered and I am happy to be eating diet that is designed by a dietitian and delivered at home.
