BPTh/BPT, MPTh/MPT - Sports Physiotherapy
Dr Mohammed Ayaan, a dedicated Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist. His journey has been one of continuous growth, empowerment, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in the realm of sports rehabilitation and patient care. He ardently believes in a “Patient-Centric Approach,” where individual needs and aspirations guide treatment plans. As a “First Contact Practitioner,” He takes pride in offering comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions. A personal maxim of mine is “We Don’t Treat the Pain, We Treat the Brain.” This underscores his belief in addressing the holistic well-being of individuals, beyond mere physical symptoms.
Wonderful physio. Consulted for shoulder pain and he had investigated thoroughly. Gave me complete details about my injury and systematically restored normalcy within the assured time line. The best physio I have met. His usp is friendly in nature and explains in detail and keeps us in good humour.
Visited For Sports Injuries Rehabilitation
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
Myself Abdul I’m a student and doing MMA for quiet long. I used to have many injuries and with the rest and icing I’ll manage. One fine day I had a ‘click’ sound at my knee when I did my MMA some peculiar movement. That time I couldn’t able to walk or stand. I did the same icing and 3 days rest. I couldn’t get any relief. One of my friend suggested to go for ortho consultation and there they said to do MRI in this they mentioned about ACL Tear with Medial Meniscus involvement, they advised to go for a surgery. I was panic and went through some cross opinion most of them said to do a surgery. Except Mohammed Ayaan who’s a specialised in Sports. I went for a consultation with demotivated state. After I consulted him then I came to know many thing regarding this issue. Many doctor told me to go for surgery and no only informed about Pre-operative Rehabilitation, he suggested me to go with this and he told if you wants to continue MMA try to do Surgery and come back for a Post-Operative Rehabilitation. I went through his suggestion and I did a surgery and went through what he advised. It’s almost 1 year now I’m slowly started my MMA with his help. With this I’m Stating - with a proper guidance also Surgery wont be a bigger issue for teen ages. I’m very thank full to Mohammed Ayaan Therapist and all his team. Thank you.

I was suffering from Severe back pain due to disc extrusion at L5-S1. I was unable stand or sit and pain is radiating heavily in right leg. I have visited big hospitals and consulted three doctors. Everyone suggested had surgery. Then I contacted Lead rehab centre for home visit. Dr. Ayaan came to my home and given me confidence that it can be treated with physiotherapy. Within a week, I started walking with support and after a treatment of 20 days, I started walking without any support and within 45 days I returned to my normal life. Thanks to Lead rehab centre and Dr. Ayaan along with his team for constant support and right guidence.
