I was pregnant and was having lot of stress related to labor, normal delivery and some issues with backache and excessive weight gain etc. So I wanted to join prenatal Lamaze class by Dr. Kavitha. It was too good and gave a lot of information and clarification of each and every doubt that I had. The classes were fully fun filled and activities based with couples and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank u and I recommend all pregnant moms to attend her class to empower ourselves.
