His intention is to help individuals reconnect with themselves, find emotional balance, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
I reached out to psychologist Eugene at a time when I was struggling with anxiety, emotional withdrawal, and a constant feeling of being disconnected from my own emotions. Like many women today, I was trying to balance multiple responsibilities while quietly dealing with a lot internally. It reached a point where I knew I needed professional support.
From the very first session, Eugene created a calm and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable opening up. His ability to listen deeply and understand what I was going through made a huge difference. Instead of just giving advice, he helped me understand the root of my emotions and guided me with practical tools to manage anxiety and reconnect with myself.
What I found most valuable was how structured and insightful the sessions were. Each session gave me clarity, helped me recognise patterns in my thoughts, and slowly helped me rebuild emotional balance in my daily life and relationships.
Today I feel much more emotionally aware, calmer, and better equipped to handle situations that used to overwhelm me.
If you’re someone who feels anxious, emotionally drained, or disconnected but unsure about seeking help, I would strongly recommend consulting Eugene. Taking that first step turned out to be one of the most valuable decisions I made for my mental well-being.
I consulted the psychologist for anxiety and past trauma, and the experience was very helpful. The sessions were conducted with empathy and patience, which made it easy for me to open up. I was guided with practical techniques to manage my anxiety better. I truly appreciate the support and would recommend them to anyone seeking psychological help.
