After a suspicious mole on my nose began bleeding, I was concerned. After a quick Google search of "Bleeding mole", I was scared. I booked an appointment with Dr. Sasikumar Muthu right away on Practo and am so glad I did.

He was able to see me promptly. I completed the initial questionnaire via tablet, which was cool. My appointment started on time. After an initial introduction and a quick look at my mole, the Dr. used his expertise, experience, and compassion to talk me down from my panicked state. After some tests, we booked my procedure for the following evening.

The procedure went well and was relatively pain free. The nurse was super friendly and professionally, getting me set up in the room. The Dr. chatted me up during the procedure to take my mind off of it, which was very helpful. Afterwards stitched me up and gave me some after care instructions. All said and done, I was in and out within an hour.

After a week it was time to get the stitches out. I arrived and the Dr was, as usual, able to see me on time. This has been the most prompt and punctual healthcare experience I have ever had!

The Dr. cautioned me that there may be a scar after this procedure. FInally, he was wrong for once! :). The procedure and stitches were so well done that there is zero scarring and you could never even tell a mole was there.

Overall, I 100% recommend Dr. Sasikumar Muthu. ******** professional, and likeable. The procedure itself was affordable, convenient, and effective.
