Greetings to all! I am 34 years old female suffering from lower Back pain. I had C-Section twice and gave birth to two kids. My last C-Section was in the year of 2017. Due to the Epidural Anaesthesia given during the C-Section I got lower back pain for past 2 years. It hurts more when I stand for long time Or when I do some household chores etc.. I had knee pain for last 6 months. I am uneasy during walking, sitting, etc. I had undergone PEFM , FSM treatment for last one month. My knee pain is completely reduced after 3 weeks of treatment.
