Her innovation in acne surgery was shortlisted for the Innovators Award at the ACSICON 2014 (organized by the Association of Cutaneous Surgeons of India). She has also devised a unique tool to improve the aesthetic outcome and yield in hair transplant surgeries, which innovation has been published in the Journal of Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery. She has been invited to speak at and has organized many symposia and meetings to further the knowledge of cosmetic dermatology in India. She believes that innovations are the future of cosmetic dermatology and accordingly, strives to devise and invent newer treatment methodologies suited to Indian skin.

We use creams which we are not aware of and we later suffer from problems and will go for **** doctor for remedies. Same happened to me. Used steroids and was seeking for her help. My doc Renita took care of me with so much love. When it comes to skin problems, the tenure will be usually high. And the result is based on how your skin reacts to the medicine. It took me nearly an year to come out of steroids. From a very bad state to a good state now. Its all because of her. I will list some which I noticed.

The glow, acne disappearance will never happen in a day or two. It will take time and for some it takes quiet a lot of time and it also depends on your style of foods you prefer and physical activity.

Firstly i got an appointment aftr 8 days only, so i waited such long time to see Doctor later when i entered into clinic, it made me to realise why such waiting time , its because we will not meet any other patient on our appointment timing that itself made me happy. Secondly nurse asked me to fill 2-3 forms and i got irritated why these people are asking me to fill so many forms but trust me you will be shocked when doctors tells us what problem we have exactly. Dr.renita is a very swt person who will discuss with us about our lifestyle and what we do in daily activities after analyzing all that only she will give us treatment. If you go to a doctor they will not even ready to listen ur problem. If u say hair fall then treatment would be Minoxidil with scalpe shampoo and some finaster tab but Dr.renita started with some mild shampoo and alternative treatments which suits my scalpe condition , so am going to start the medication lets update aftr one and half months. thank you so much madam

The first word that comes to my mind when I think about Dr.Renita is “ethical”. I had a good feeling about her even before I met her. The reason being , the TV in her reception area not only displayed information about the treatments that are offered at her clinic but also social and educational causes that she cared about such as vidyarambam and animal welfare. Being involved with an educational NGO myself , I was immediately impressed and felt a whole lot positive. To meet a doctor who genuinely cared for her patients well-being was a refreshing change for me as most of the “top” dermatologists that i have been to in chennai were either bothered only about money or didn’t really care or both. She is very sweet to talk to , put me at ease immediately, takes time to hear concerns and explains the problem and the treatment clearly and patiently ,she can easily be contacted through whatsapp and all questions are promptly answered , the only clinic I visited where the staff call back the next day after a procedure to check if you’re alright ( the staffs are extremely kind and professional)and she doesn’t let her assistants do the work for her. She does all procedures herself , which really impressed me as I was used to the “top” dermatologists letting other doctors or nurses do it for them. I was put off by all this and almost lost hope in finding a good dermatologist in chennai. But thankfully I met Dr.Renita and I am extremely pleased that I found her and satisfied with her treatment.
