Am a traffic officer It's was on 2016 i was suffering from lower back pain i was not able to walk normally i met Mr and Mrs .jagadesh the way they explained my problem and way they treated me made me speechless they took care as a brother and charged which could be affordable for a middle class man like me and now I run go to gym lift weights and my maximum in bench press is 86kgs i do roll flips upshots etc. And i still follow those exercises .
