Hydrotherapy was really good for pain management, at this center my personal experience firstly I would like to mention physiotherapist care in handling the problems of mine was good , solution & reasons for the painful areas was accurate & exercise teaching skills for the each painful areas was good & fantastic.

Continuous follow up with daily exercise & regular hydrotherapy as per there advise, as per my understanding these are all good steps to get rid of the pain & to live happily without pain .

Dr Rekha, was friendly and very approachable.She well examined and explained my problems and gave me the right treatment for all pains.I initially visited for only back pain and hip pain,but she took an holistic approach in diagnosing my entire spine from cervical to posture correction.Weekly review and change in treatment plan accordingly was really a self booster.
