I am very glad to refer Practo Dr.HemaKarthik. I met her in 2019 for my family Counseling which went till divorce which she sorted it out in 3 sessions. Later we were living happily in Germany and I got delivered recently with a beautiful Angel. Recently I had severe uncontrollable mood swings due to postpartum delivery. Moreover I was held up at Chennai due to lockdown. Hence I revisited last week Dr.HemaKarthik. I was very glad to see that she was maintaining my prior records till date and that made me easier to pursue my session. She assessed me completely and patiently listened for almost more than an hour and guided me with proper therapies and treatment. I am glad to say that I’m completely fine and happy with her way how she handled me when I spoke to her out of anxiety and I’m cured completely. I had recommended her to my colleagues too. I’m very much thankful to a great platform of Practo who have well reputed Doctors like Dr.HemaKarthik. Thank you so much Practo for highlighting such reputed doctors to us. We are leaving happily from India with full heart of solutions. We still believe India leads best in Psychological Counseling when compared to rest of the world.

Dr. Hema Karthik is well experienced doctor. Initially I was identified by severe anxiety and severe depression and met many doctors. But as a sparkle glow in my life, I came through this doctor from my colleague. When I met my initial assumption was " Doctor would be telling the same answer what other doctors said or what Google said". But contradictory, the warm welcome by doctor and literally listened to the entire situation and explained the reasons and analysed my current situation appropriately. I was astonished that doctor's analysis were accurate. She had guided me with few therapies which I felt she is squeezing me. But she made me understand and motivated me and I could feel slowly that I was feeling better. Now when she told I'm completely out of Depression and Anxiety, I felt that I'm flying high. Now, I'm completely stress-free and my entire family are also happy. I feel proud to know her knowledge indepth and I'm blessed to write feedback in this forum.

I did not feel listened to during my consultation with Dr. Hema Karthik, and I found the fee charged ** ** **** higher **** ********. Overall, I was not satisfied and would rate the value for money as 1.

I do not recommend Dr. Hema Karthik. The consultation fee charged was much higher than what was initially mentioned, which I found very disappointing.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Hema Karthik. She prescribed medicine for my son despite not being a psychiatrist, and the session felt rushed and unsatisfactory. The fees were much higher than expected, and overall, the experience felt inappropriate *** *************** *************** ************

I felt insecure that she might judge me because of my age, and unfortunately, that is exactly what happened. She did not respond to the explanations I gave and did not provide proper guidance.
