The session was really helpful. Mam was very easy to approach. I was able to very easily talk with her. Her way of explaining things is good. The therapy part was even better. I was struggling quite some bit when I went there, everything felt heavy and I was struggling with managing all the things happening in my life. It really helped me get a perspective of this. I was able to acknowledge the things that i was afraid of saying out loud. That was very emotional and truthful. I was able to hear my own voice without other noise. The slow build up made it easy to open up. I wouldn\u2019t say suddenly I am all well and cured . I just realised that I can be better and I will be fine. This session just shifted my perspective and gave hope that I came this far and I can still go much further. I really thank you mam to make me believe in myself again . Thank you mam it was really an eye opener.

*** * ***** *********** Finally achieved my expectations....treatment solved my purpose. Had difference of opinion me and my daughter . I was confused and do not know how to slove the issue. Tried many times..it has gone worse, no improvement. One of my friend suggested to vist Dr Gytsy by finding in online platform. Self and my kids attended the session. During last session..I felt really happy and I got my daughter back. I also thanking my God of giving me this opportunity. Thank you so much Dr Gytsy, I felt like my own sister. Visited her for past trauma and anxiety issues. This is my first ever therapy session. She is friendly and listened really well. The techquines she used to calm me down was helpful. I felt my mind clearing up through it. Would definitely recommend her anyone dealing with childhood trauma and anxiety.
