I had social anxiety and felt always anxious among people. except few of my close friends i felt anxious for most of the time and it was very hard for me to mingle with people and even have normal conversations. It made me feel so inferior. I missed so many opportunities because of this at my work. i managed to survive at work so far till few months,until i was assigned new role. It made me even more uncomfortable and had to talk in meetings. It created a lot of stress and made me seek professional help.

I was so concerned meeting a psychologist since he is a stranger to me and my worry was how or what he would think about me. It was my major concern with most of the people too. But after thinking about this for a couple of weeks i finally met Mr.Arasu. Now i know that i had made the best decision. He made me very comfortable from the start and made me feel acceptable. He explained things in clear and concise manner which made me think through lots of issues that i am facing. I never felt judged and found myself surprised because i talked to him like i was talking to a close friend.He is a very humble, warm and friendly human. An excellent therapist with professional approach with a very kind and friendly attitude.

Since my anxiety was with me from my childhood i was not sure how much i could improve. Dr.Arasu assured me that things can be improved and i can really become what i wish. He asked me to commit to therapy and helped me clarify all the doubts. Lots of things i learned from him also contributed to the changes. I have been attending his sessions for quite sometime and i feel very confident and very much less distressed. My productivity has improved greatly and i am able to mingle more and have conversations with people. I am doing many things which i felt very anxious about in the past. Always thankful to u sir for all these positive changes.

I was diagnosed with Fatty liver stage 2 in the month of Jan 19 and somehow that prognosis made me anxiety prone and was always fearing that somehow my liver will fail. In the month of Feb, my anxiety has become so bad that I almost went 2 whole days without any sleep. Slowly I started doubting myself that and when I tried to sleep my mind will start racing and I was unable to sleep.

I started believing that I was struggling with Insomnia and I went one step further thinking that I had FFI (Fatal Familial Insomnia). For close to 1 month I would have slept just about 4 hours a day. I tried Melatonin without any effect and then when I was browsing, came across Mr.Chitrarasu.G. Initially my aim was to see the doctor in the hope that he will prescribe some sleeping drugs and that will help me to sleep.

On the day I met him, he somehow put my mind at ease, mentioning he see many people like me and all I had was just anxiety and nothing more and we will somehow work on my issues and will sort it out. He listened to my issues patiently and he gave me the confidence that I can handle the current problem without resorting to sleeping pills and he also mentioned that it will require a lot of effort from my side and having patience was extremely important.

Fast forward 9 months, I sleep normally now and I wont say my anxiety is fully gone, but I am able to manage it better. Before meeting Chitrarasu I know my issues exactly and I know how to deal with it as well but we need someone on our side who understand our issues and are willing to listen to our bickering so that we can come out of that dark phase better. In that sense Mr.Chitrarasu was a god send for me. I recommend the doctor to anybody who struggle with anxiety and please stick to the routine and we can beat it.

I had gone to chitrarasu for depression counselling. I was not able to sleep at night and was found myself crying when alone. I was in a confused mind, where i was not able to manuer my career and make required changes.

I was spektical going to a cousellor, because that is how you feel. I was skeptical if a counsellor could help because my past experience with a counsellor wasnt good.

In practo, i saw that his ratings were good and people wrote good experiences with him. And likewise, as i went to his clinic, i felt i was in right sync with him.

First thing i noticed was he treated me like a human who came there with vulnerability. He respected that. He understood that i had a problem and that it needed acknowledment and reassurance. My previous counsellor considered me as a subject. But arasu, was exact opposite.

As counsellors, they hear a lot of issues on a daily basis. But only those who love this profession can have the heart to give their soul in it, to understand tat the people like me need care and should be nurtured in an environment of trust.

If you are a new person, who is considering arasu please read all reviews. Notice, that patients like me have taken time to write experiences on the feedback. People do that only if they are extremely satisfied with a product or service. This review cant be bought otherwise. And i can clearly say that i found a very good counsellor and human being in him. I am very satisfied with his service.

If you are doubtful of considering a counsellor, my advice is go for it. And if you dont like it, write it over here. Im sure, you wouldnt be disappointed.

Lastly, i am going to his session. Though, im progressing to my solution, i am. Able to sleep at night and i dont cry because i have someone who. Acknowledged me. Im confident that i can deal my problems. I would whole heartedly recommend arasu to any friends i have.

I have been visiting Mr. Chitrarasu for CBT for a mood disorder of mine. The main thing that strikes with him is his incredible friendliness. I know that most people who wants professional help might shy away from seeking help is because they might fear some judgement. If this is the case with you then Mr. Chitrarasu is your best help as he makes you feel comfortable right from the get go. I have tried some other psychologists too but for me I did not feel as comfortable as I did with him. And also the fact that he charges less for each session makes him more accessible. Apart from all these he also helps me with my problems off the sessions through phone and WhatsApp which shows his genuine concern and dedication for his clients. Had a great experience and can't think of anyone better than him atleast for me.

I was extremely stressed and was running in circles for a solution. I felt like caught up in a pattern and it hit me very hard and created lots of disturbance every now and then. Since i was feeling like this for a long time,with little hope and unclear idea, i decided to giving it a try & went to therapy .

First i never felt talking to a therapist. He was very professional in his approach and techniques but still very warm and friendly. felt very ease to share and discuss things i was worried about. Second the sessions itself. He explained things very elegantly and helped me understand my problems in a very clear and concise way. The interactions were very insightful and after a long time that pattern of my problem is getting chipped away. Now after just few sessions i am feeling so better that i owe a lots of thanks for this positive progress to the doctor. I would recommend him very much. Also i thank practo for helping me finding a good therapist.

I was having panic attacks and didnt know it first since i thought i was having some physical ailment. i consulted many physicians and finally a doctor suggested me to see a psychologist. Dr. Chitrarasu explained me what Panic attacks are and how it manifests. For the 1st time after a long search i was relieved since i got an explanation for my problem. I wasnt aware that its an anxiety disorder and felt very disturbed and terrified.

I wasnt aware of CBT but Dr. Chitrarasu helped me understand what it is and it has good treatment outcomes for Panic attacks and anxiety problems.He assured me that it is very much treatable and gave me hope. He just asked for my commitment and after half a dozen of sessions i am feeling much normal. Almost my symptoms are gone. i was even afraid to go out alone and had to make many adjustments in my life because of this problem. Mr.Chitrarasu is a very patient and friendly person. Specifically he is non-judgmental which helped to disclose many sensitive issues that were causing a lot of stress for me. I was under a lot a stress and it caused a lot of problems in my work and personal life. Even I thought I could lose my job if this thing keeps going which made me seek help in the first place. He made me feel comfortable right from the start and helped me understand my issues with good relatable examples and provided applicable steps to solve the issues that I was facing. The methods he uses is very much logical (he calls it rational) and I believe it is & I think anyone could apply those skills once learned, in which he is very good at imparting those skills. I have learned very good techniques from him which makes me feel confident and face the challenges that I was struggling before. So much of my stress and anxiety is gone and I owe him a debt of gratitude.

A life changing experience. i was having panic attacks and extremely anxious for almost 2yrs. It restricted my life very much. I even envied people who are able to do things that i wasn't able to do. I felt very nervous to go new places or meeting new people. I wasn't able to enjoy and missed out a lot in life because of my anxiety problems. I took medications for my problem but is only helpful sometimes. I began to lose hope that my life is going to be like this forever. My friend recommended Dr. Chitrarasu and asked me to give a try. I never thought my life would change this much in a positive way. He helped overcome these problems in a short period of time. Caring Yet professional , young yet experienced and very much approachable person. I was very concerned about going for counseling since I had some unsatisfactory experiences. But my problems were getting worse which made me seek help. My experience was totally opposite here. Best Psychologist I have seen so far. I saw many therapists s in the past 2 years for my problems but I didn’t get proper solution for my issues. Dr. Chitrarasu has in depth knowledge about psychological issues and made me understand my problems in a easy way and how they work . That itself made me relax.
