About a year back, my wife had a stroke. It was a real shocker when she had one at the age of 42. After a bunch of tests in Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai, they diagnosed it as an autoimmune disease. Since her left brain was affected, the whole right side of her body was too, causing neuro pain, numbness, and trouble speaking. Speech therapy helped her get her voice back, but the pain and numbness on the right side didn’t go away. Gabapentin, a painkiller pill with a bunch of side effects, only worked for a short time. Even when she tried Panchakarma treatment in Ayurveda, which is supposed to be good for the body, it didn’t work because it interacted with the blood-thinning medicine she takes every day. That’s when I heard about Dr. Shaji Bharath’s acupuncture clinic called AcuHeal. * **** ***** ***** ******* *** *** ***** ******* ** ******* *** ***** ******** the clinic’s founder, patiently and carefully examined all the reports before making a treatment plan. The other doctors, Devi Madam and Aishwarya Madam, helped make sure everything went smoothly. And guess what? The pain started to go away on the first day of the 30-minute acupuncture treatment! From the second day on, the pain and numbness started to get better and better. After just two days of treatment, she stopped taking painkillers after a whole year. After the first ten days, things were looking really good, and the pain and numbness were almost completely gone, about 80 to 90 percent. Now, to make sure it doesn’t come back, she’s doing maintenance treatment every alternate day for 12 days. My wife’s current pain-free condition is proof that small needles can really help with these things. This treatment method has no side effects, so it’s something we should all be talking about. A big shoutout to Dr. Shaji Bharath, who’s a real lifesaver for the patients. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Shaji Bharath at AcuHeal, Dr. Devi is always there to answer our questions and make us feel at ease. And let’s not forget Dr. Aishwarya, who goes above and beyond to make sure we feel like family. Indu Madam, too, is an absolute gem, always managing everything with a smile. And Chithra Madam, who is a certified acupuncturist, leads the institution for the smooth functioning of routine work. Acu Heal truly feels like a second home to us. Thanks to Dr. Shaji Bharath for starting this amazing institution and bringing so much comfort to those in pain.
Dr. Shaji Bharath is patient and listens carefully to symptoms, advising his staff accordingly. The clinic is very clean and well-organized, with friendly and service-minded staff who regularly check on my health and provide valuable suggestions. Although I met the doctor only twice, the treatment has been effective and worthwhile.
