Ms. Anupama is a Certified Counseling Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. After working in a reputed IT Company for more than 3 years, she spent the next decade for self-study, meditation, contemplation, introspection, and various social service activities. She learned invaluable lessons about human relationships, human suffering, and human achievement during this process. Meditation helped her gain clarity and stillness of mind.In these last 13 years now, she has worked with hundreds of people on an individual basis and has helped them surmount various issues like low self-esteem, marital problems, anxiety, fears, Phobias, Addictions, Insomnia, and Depression.She helps clients improve their self-image, attitude, and perspective towards life and situations. She chooses a unique combination of Counseling and Therapy customized to suit the individual needs of her Clients.
