I approached Dr.Andrew with multiple issues in my back (disc bulge and prolapse), tennis elbows on both hands, neck and on the right shoulder. I sustained these injuries and issues either due to wrong exercising forms or due to my professional work over several years. I visited several Ortho specialists and physiotherapists earlier and was either suggested steroid injections or surgical option as the only solution. Since none of these were addressing the root cause, I came to Dr Andrew with a limited time available for treatment as I had to travel out of Chennai.Dr Andrew went through my history in detail and worked out the root cause and a treatment plan. Using multiple treatment options and exercises, Dr Andrews helped reduce the pain significantly over a short time span of little over 1 month. I had Bell’s palsy syndrome long years back. It is a form of temporary facial paralysis that can affect a person’s daily function, communication with others, and quality of life. After coming in consultation with Dr Andrew we come to know about it in detail and it’s causes too. It occurs when the nerve that controls movement on 1 side of the face becomes inflamed. Bell’s palsy usually begins with a sudden feeling of weakness on one of face. Dr Andrew was my physiotherapist taught me a series of facial exercises that strengthen the muscles in my face to improve their co-ordination and range of movement. His Physiotherapy treatments was excellent with patient in teaching me the steps of exercises , also has been successful for me with in two weeks period of time. He is well experienced person in this field.

My recovery rate is rapid as he taught me the following to do in a quick span of time .

• Facial exercises can be performed at home.

• we need to be patient, and work the muscles gently.

• Must go through the exercises not less than three times each day.

• Repetitions & frequency of exercises should be modified according to improvement status.

• Pay attention to the face while exercise – focus on watching and feeling what the good side is doing, and then mentally visualize it on the Bell’s palsy side and try to recreate it in tiny increments.

• Exercise in short sessions, but increase the frequency of exercises, more with quality.

I recall those movements, and would like to be more thankful as he saved my life to maintain my self esteem within short span of time genuinely.

I had leg pain due to a severe muscle spasm. Mr Andrew diagnosed the problem and used deep tissue massage, stretching and ice to relieve the pain at our first visit. He also used dry needling, which was painful, but very effective. He uses new needles each time.

Mr Andrew has expert theoretical and practical knowledge of body movement and recovery. He has great communication skills and was deeply interested in my well-being and general life. He also followed up on my treatment over Whatsapp and answered all of my questions.

I was visiting Chennai for a short time. He even helped me out with booking Ubers and getting my passport back from govt processing.

I had very bad wrist pain and back pain, and also no flexibility in my body after my delivery . I had a bad back pain for more than a year and I went to several doctors ortho and sport doctor, they gave me medicine and it was not getting better . Then I met Andrew doctor , he was very helpful in understanding my problems and advised me about what issue I had and examined me. I was having muscle spasm issue in the neck for over 6 months and tried various doctors and physio therapists but no avail.
