Dr. Yuvabharat

I had a great experience with Dr Yuva Bharat during my 15 days session with him in Dec 2016. I had gone to him for knee pain ( both knees) . I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and was under medication for about 6 years. I was also on medication for BP and cholosterol for about 6 years.

After the 15 days treatment my knees are *** okay. I am able to go for long walks . I do 4 km of walking every day on an average.

Before this I could hardly walk less than 1 km before my knees gave up. I am able to sit cross legged on the floor for 3-4 hours at a stretch without any discomfort. I am not able to sit in Vajra-asan though. I am sure I will be able to do that in a few months. My BP is under control and I am off all medications since December.

Dr Yuva also taught me the importance of diet and good digestion. His prescription of millet based diet is a hit . I and my family have switched over to millets and have adopted vegan . As a result I have also lost 15 kgs since I started the therapy with Dr Yuva.

He also introduced us to Therapeutic yoga which we are following every day with amazing results.
