On recommendation from Dr. Satya regarding latent TB and its effects on reproductive in-fertility went to see Dr. Vijayalakshmi Balakrishnan. Once discussions underway few minutes into the appointment with Dr. Vijayalakshmi, she abruptly cut off the discussion and referred back to Dr. Satya. I had come out of Dr.'s office with my questions un-answered.

After coming back to reception, she sent a nurse to charge an extra Rs.400 for a total of Rs.1000.

This has come across as being insensitive and not worth a visit for the money spent.
