Dr. Venkat P

We have been with Apollo Cancer Center, Teynampet since 2015 till date to treat my mother’s condition - Cancer. From our little journey since 2015 till today, we have to endorse the following about Dr. Venkat:

1. He cares. I have been through 7 major surgeries and hospitalisations in the family ever since I was 11 years old, three for my father, three for my mother and one for myself. I have never seen a Doctor care for his patients like him. Be it the precautions, be it the 6 am ward visits, be it cajoling the patient – He is committed and he cares. It’s worth repeating.

2. He doesn’t mince words. If he tells you something, it means that the data is something that should be brought to your notice so that all the cards are on the table and you take an informed decision.

3. He plans meticulously and executes without any hassles. There will be no room for fear and you will feel safe, one hundred percent.

His entire team carries the same virtues as he does.

Hi this is Nagarjuna , My father Ramakrishnama Naidu had undergone stomach surgery in Apollo and he is treated by DR. VENKAT P sir , the way of treating and handling with patient by VENKAT Sir is speechless , he was such a good human being and beyond that a very good and great doctor. After surgery my father got cardiac arrest in that time the way he responded is awesome , in that time i lost my hopes but VENKAT sir responded immediately and he saves my father's life, that much of care he takes on his patients. He treats the patients like his family member. I never saw a doctor like this.

He visits daily and increased confidence levels in me and my father ,the way of motivated is excellent .Now my father is discharged and he is very good now.

I always recommends who is suffering from cancer is Dr. Venkat sir. I never forget him in my life.

I am 44 yrs old from Assam and detected Adenocarcinoma JE junction. For better treatment I went to Chennai and consulted with Dr. Venkat P Sir. In my first visit my confidence grow up though I got information that I need a major surgery to get rid of my Cancer. I reconsulted the matter with Dr. Venkat Sir and I felt someone close family person I am talking to. Finally I went through the surgery on 10-Mar-2021 and operation was successful. Post operation Sir guided and inspired me so well that I felt I am returning to my normal life. I have not seen God but now understood that God cannot deal everything alone so he had kept his parts to save our lives and out of which one part name is Dr. Venkat Paneer. My father had been to hospital and met the doctor, he is a cancer patient. Consultation was fine with the doctor, it's not easy to converse with him and I found it difficult. I am satisfied with explanation and treatment given by doctor. Medical tests were done. Also, he suggested going to another doctor which was again waste of money and I didn't like other doctor too told same thing, we cannot do chemo, radiation, surgery, etc. He could have told as of now no treatment can be done. There was no waiting time in the hospital when we went.

My father had tongue cancer and is being treated by Dr. Venkat. From the first day of our visit he was quite accurate with his investigation. He explained us his next plan of action in plain words! Its been 10 days after surgery now, my dad is feeling more confident. Dr. Venkat and his team took excellent care of their patient. We thank god for showing us a right way.

I am a retired professor of community medicine. I was operated by Dr P Venkat for stage2 breast cancer. The doctor's approach was wonderful. My doubts were cleared with highly accurate information and in a soothing manner. The doctor helped me to overcome anxiety and mental agony and I felt that I am in safe hands .. I really thank GOD .

My mother had met the doctor, she is a cancer patient. Consultation was fine with the doctor. I knew doctor well. In practo it was showing slots from 8 am but doctor appointment was given at 10 am which was not correct that was my concern. I would like to recommend this doctor to my family and friends. I am satisfied with treatment given by doctor.
