Myself and my family have Covid and I reached out to doctor for online consultation. When doctor was first assigned to us it took 2 hour to reach her as she was not responding.
Post consultation for follow up queries practo provides 30 msgs for next couple of days.
I kept trying to reach out to the doctor, I could see she had read the msgs as well but she never responded. Ultimately I reached out to practo support and they suggested me consult separate doctor. What’s the use of booking consultation if doctor is not interested in responding to the queries. Won’t recommend her to anyone.
Doctor is not responsible at all she left the patient in between the suffering and say first pay and then I will call every day
