Its been 7 years into our marriage and we have been struggling with infertility. Before coming to Jananam, we have consulted some reputed hospitals in Chennai and Coimbatore. We had a very bad experiences there, in terms of treatment and hospitality. By gods grace, we came across the reviews about Jananam in internet. We were blown away by the ratings and we decided that we should once meet the doctor.

The very first when we entered jananam, we just saw the smiling faces in reception during registration and we just felt the positive vibes. Then we met Dr Vani mam and after the conversation with her, I knew, once the treatment is done, I will definitely conceive. And today I am feeling very happy and proud to write this review. I have tubal issues, stage 4 endometriosis and one of the ovary being polycystic. With these many complications, today i have conceived means, its just because of Vani mam and her sheer expertise. The treatment plan has always been very clear and the journey has been a cake walk. I just blindly trusted Vani mam and i am pregnant today. *** *** *** ** * ***********

Each patient is reviewed only by Dr Vani mam personally indeed with very minimal waiting time. No patients are made to wait unnecessarily and nurses ensure this promptly. The height of her dedication is that doctor never takes off, available in the clinic all days even during weekends and festival times.

This hospital, uses all the latest technique's in infertility.

We would like to thank Dr Managalam mam, Rekha mam and Shajila mam for their continous support during the course of treatment.

I would like to thank the entire nurse team, Sangeetha sister, Vimala, Sanghavi, Illavarasi, Sindhu, Aishwarya, Ribina, Dhanalakshmi sister for making the journey effort less. All the sisters here are very knowledgeable and they explain about the medicines and course of the treatment clearly.

We are staying in the hospital during the treatment and the hospitality has been amazing. I would like to thank Jayseeli sister, the in charge in second floor for taking care.

We would like to thank the hygiene staff, canteen staff, pharmacy, billing, reception staff and lab for their support.

We would also certainly say that, for us, Jananam is definitely not a hospital, not a fertility clinic rather it is a temple, where, our wishes have been granted.

I strongly recommend Jananam fertility for all who are facing infertility, alike having trust in God, trust Dr Vani Mam and she will bring the miracle in your life.

It's been 7 years of our marriage and we tried so many hospitals starting from our 2nd year and we ended up with lot of disappointment. At one situation we completely lost hope and stopped visiting to clinics. It was really hard to describe those stages.

One of our colleague referred us Jananam. That was the good thing happened to us and we wish to do the same to people like us.

will definitely suits to Dr Vani Mam. We are not exaggerating, but must mention the 1st incident with Dr.Vani Mam.

We were waiting in the reception and Vani mam was entering inside the hospital, She looked and wished us 'Good Morning' and went inside her room. We were completed strangers to her and its not necessary for her to wish us, but still she did that. People with this positivity and attitude are really hard to find.She carries a smile on her face all the time and it completely suits her.

They way she treated us are marvelous, she is very kind and very polite. She kept us in a comfortable place and we never felt the stress throughout the treatment period. We been treated for 6 months.

She didn't suggested us to IVF directly. She never asked to take multiple/unnecessary tests. She diagnosed what exactly required to us. She has the power - 'Midas touch'

FINALLY the day came where we felt all our prayers answered. We couldn't even control the tears. Everything is because of Dr. Vani Mam. Because of her magic - our new year became very special. Our hearty thanks to Dr. Vani and to the entire crew for best treatment and support throughout our journey of treatment at Jananam.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, Our hearty thanks to my dears Sisters. I would say YOU ARE THE PILLAR OF STRENGTH to Jananam. All of them are so kind and sweet to us (Sangeetha, Rubina, Aishwarya, Vanitha, Dhivya, Ashwini, Toshiba and all other sisters. They always carry smile on their face(just like Dr.Vani Mam) and they gave us the comfortable zone whenever we visit there. Not only they sisters in medical term, they also personally treated me as their sister and gave hope and positive vibe throughout the treatment journey. With their support, guidance and their prayers to us we had a nice journey and positive result.

We would like to thank the Receptionists (Kalai and Saravanan), billing counter staffs, admin staffs, pharmacist, lab technicians, OT assistants staffs, securities and housekeeping staffs. All are very kind supportive to us. Special mention to Kalai again for sharing us the medical reports and certificates whenever we asked for it.

Each one of them are did their part really well and made us very much comfortable throughout the period. All are very dedicated to their job and they did their best to us and we are very happy and satisfied with their service. They never promote themselves and they only believe that satisfaction from the patients is means a lot to them.

We shared our best experience with Jananam here. We would like to recommend Dr.Vani Mam to continue her magic forever. Mam, if possible please do expand your network and bring happiness to many people like us.

I am sure that the one who is reading this review must looking for other hospitals and having a terrible experience with current treatments and some might be looking for a hospital to initiate fertility treatment. I would say come here and Jananam is would be your destination.

what the hell she is having in her hands? how the magics are happening only god knows. or the other hospital doctors should do the study and follow her. *** ** *** ** *** *** ** **** *** **** *** ****** **** ****** ** she is having faith in her mother's words.

Apart from her profession, some of the points i noted. she used to call her employees (nurses, embryologists, lab technicians) as "colleagues". I am wondering that how she can be all the time with smile. even if i have questioned lot sometimes (others definitely irritated) she gave the proper explanations. Have you ever seen the chief doctor sitting next to you and asked to share your lunch? here you can!!! Think how kindness she is???

we are like others had terrible experience in Chennai hospitals and even in UK. Each n everyone is money minded and they are keen on the daily duties. In our previous treatments while we enter hospital we will forgot our names and remember the file name as our name, for consultation they will be calling by the file name, but here they will call by our names.

these are all the basic things that Jananam is following not sure by rules or by nature (i think it’s a nature of these persons). particularly in one hospital in vadapalani the doctor will see the treatment track file and sleep sometime :). I must travel for nearly 1 hour to hospital, after entering the hospital i will forgot the tiredness by seeing the nurses face and their smiley welcome on every day.

We spent nearly 7years the other hospitals in Chennai. And i looked for the other hospital since all of them left us with unknown fertility. So, I am searching google that is another hospital where at least i may get hope and i found Jananam with 5-star rating. Frankly, i was in doubt that reviews are paid reviews like most of the businesses are following. And i have checked with some others and everyone said its paid reviews. After starting treatments, i have seen some of the reviewers in hospital and they came for their first trimester check-ups. So i am the evidence that these reviews are not a paid review. In one meeting, i have questioned madam, that why you are not doing advertisements, TV interviews and she replied with smile " we are not interested in the huge banners in roads and we are not considering this as business”.

And the other staffs, Mini sister, Sangeetha sister, Vimala sister, Ajitha sister, Dhanam sister, Kingsley, Sajeela(embryologist), lab technicians, Thirumalai (Pharma and his team), Sangeetha and Aruna (receptionists), Helpers in theatres, Canteen staffs(thanks for the wonderful food like three star hotel), they are like family and none of them missed their warm welcome and smile while seeing them. Most importantly here they are not following printed prescriptions for all visitors( not only patients!!!) with chief doctor signatures.(that also scanned!!!)

The one thing that we couldn’t forget and will ever get this in other hospitals (I bet you), I missed my dosage due to an urgent trip to native. I enquired medicals, stockists in all nearby cities I couldn’t get the medicine and all said it will take two days. I checked with Thirumalai(pharma ) after 10 mins i got a call from Chennai distributor that he delivered it to my nearby city and we got the medicine in morning. Thanks Thirumalai(so polite he is!!!). This is how all are in Jananam caring their patients.

Forgot to tell, yes, we are going to be parents in another 180 days... We are enjoying the moments such as sleepless nights, vomiting and now we are having the answer for our relatives, friends and well-wishers who are all questioned in public places and family functions.
