She spends lot of time (nearly 25 mins) to answer your queries. I went with many concerns, to be precise 4. She had patience to listen all of those and gave enough space to discuss. She explained the root cause well and possibilities of recurrence. Very level headed, prudent and especially not money minded. Thanks much.
