Dr. Sundresan (Physiotherapist)

I was suffering for backache ,severe leg pinching pain and was getting exhausted very frequently. I wanted to be fit and strong and right option was to enroll to Six Dots☺

Below is my experience with Trainings:

Personal Approach to every associate enrolled. More focus was provided in understanding the root cause of the issue and used Physiotherapy blended with Traditional science to resolve the issues.

This approach was highly recommended as it doesn’t have any side effects.

The trainer helped me in doing exercises which strengthen my body muscles and overcome all pains with simple stretches and exercises.

Although there was some pains in initial days due to extra force applied, in long run it just vanished.

Six dots has stimulated and energized my mind to never fear for any pains in future.I thank Six dots team(especially Sundresan and Megha) for helping me to overcome all my difficulties and pain and make me lead an happy and energized life.I would wish Six dots to conduct more awareness program on how one can lead and a happy and fit life with exercises done in Traditional Approach.

I would highly recommend my fellow people to enroll to six dots and lead a wonderful life ahead☺

I am a regular runner, however I gets injured very often due to various reasons like, sleep, food, office sitting posture, and muscle weakness.

I have visited Doctor for my Lower Back and Glute pain… I was so impressed with Doctor findings .. clear explanation, very friendly .. moreover the recovery schedule was very good and short.. Strengthening helps me a lot to continue my running hobby…

Thereafter, I am a regular member of SixDots for my Strengthening training… I always feel like I am a family member of SixDots, I can call Doctor anytime ,, gets response very quickly …

Actually I am saving lot of time and expenses by associating with SixDots instead visiting Big Hospitals for small issues like muscle pull or muscle weakness issues..

Have been running for some time. After hernia surgery, went to Six Dots for rehabilitation. Impressed with the way how they helped to recover using physio therapy and traditional arts (yoga, kalari etc). Sundresan sir created personalized recovery schedule and Srini helped with functional training. *** **** **** ** *** ** *** **** ** **** ********** * team helped many fellow runners recover from injuries quickly. Highly recommended to all.

I had a very effective training according to my problem.. I never felt it as a treatment.. I felt it like a training experience.. and it enhanced me a lot in both mentally and physically.. And especially i had to mention Dr.sunderasan and Mr.Rajan who supported me a lot and teach me their skills .. Valuable..!!

The importance and value of physiotherapy is explained with simple examples. It helped us to evince keen interest in all aspects of these exercises and appreciate the benefits. No doubt in the long run this therapy will lead us to a hale and healthy lifestyle.

Even a short course spanning about 15 days, we are able to feel the difference like pain less movements, increase in appetite and good sleep.

The six dots team at navalur did an excellent work in providing rehabilitation for my back pain issues.

The team comprising of sundaresan and Gopi treated the issue well and helped me to recover with confidence.

Now I have started continuing my fitness journey with six dots though thier yoga and fitness classes.

I joined 6 dots to get treatment for shoulder pain. Eventually I continued my membership and benefited by various Physical fitness enhancement trainings. This includes floor exercises, kalari, gymnastics, group exercises and yoga. I am very happy about my 18 months association with this centre. I got answers for many questions related to body, mind and their association with each other. The beauty of all these things is - now, I am able to do all these exercises on my own. I am able to sleep properly, being energetic throughout the day and suggesting the benefits of doing these exercises to others. I thank Sundaresan and the centre from the bottom of my heart for being instrumental in bringing a great and purposeful change in my life.

I was suffering from shoulder pain for more than a year now. After consulting with ortho, did a minor procedure. But still the pain did not fade away. Then visited 6 dots and met Dr. Sundresan. He quickly identified the problem with the weak muscle and is currently helping me with rehabilitation.
