The doctor was very patient while hearing my issues. I felt like I was not judged at all. After hearing completely, she gave me proper solution to tackle the problem. Also, she was checking me if I'm having any issues in between through messages. She also gave some exercises to follow which were really really helpful. Overall I felt like I was talking to best friend.

I consult the doc for stress management & a general counselling. From the beginning till the end of the session she was super patient & listened to all of my problems. Ms. Sharmila mam is very friendly and I could explain my problems without any hindrance. She gives good space to share our thoughts first and then she starts to give the solution. She speaks what is very practical in nature and in every session she uses to give positive thoughts.
