I would like to share my experience with Dr. Shanthi Jasmine.I initially approached her during a very emotionally difficult phase, where I was struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and dependency in my relationship. Through her guidance, I was able to understand my patterns clearly and learn how to regulate my emotions better.She helped me move from a place of constant anxiety to a much calmer and more stable state. I am now able to handle situations without overreacting, maintain emotional balance, and focus more on myself and my child. She listens patiently, gives practical guidance, and supports without judgment.I had consulted other doctors before, but I chose to continue with her because of the trust and comfort I feel during the sessions. I am very much grateful for the positive change she has helped bring in my life and would recommend her to anyone seeking sincere and supportive care.

Visit Doctor for my family problem me and my mother in law relation .we had lots of issues ..I lot my peace and day by day increase stress and depression. Meanwhile I had problem with my husband I don't know what I have to do one of my friend refer doctor shanthi met doctor first two session I had a individual counselling the last session was with my in law it was emotional session. we came to know the main problem with us.
