My sister had undergone tympanoplasty a decade ago and developed severe pain in the ear recently. We were referred to MERF and to meet Dr.Raghunandan. Having already undergone a surgery leaves you in jitters and we were in that state. Dr.Raghunandan was patient enough to hear out our concerns, explained the need for a revision surgery, addressed every one of our worries detailing the exact process, what to expect and how we needed to take care post operation. With our fears calmed thus, we were in a better state of mind to proceed with the surgery and what surprised us in addition to the interactions was - he was always accessible on phone when we had any queries and would guide us willingly.
