I like the way of doctor explanation and lifestyle balance. but I would tell you one thing about appointment, whenever I called most of the time no one is picking up the call for appointment. I have severe pain so visited clinic directly receptionist refused to consult with doctor even asking without doctor. instead she said you should call before 3pm but it's not mentioned any where, even doctor prescribed slip not mentioned oppointment timing. This issue should be resolved immediately. Without proper patient service, repeat patients may lose trust in the clinic. You are a very experienced doctor, and poor service from the clinic may affect your reputation.I have already severe health issues this experience is more frustrating me physically and mentally.

My father had undergone complicated anal reconstruction surgery when he was 11 months old in Trivandrum. Now, he is 64 years old, and have been remaining with good health.Last month, he suffered from severe stomach pain and constipation for a week. We consulted our doctor in Trivandrum and as per advice, took a scan to find out that there is some growth in his rectal wall and was given enema temporarily to releive constipation issues and was recommended to consult a Gastroenterology surgeon. I took them to Dr. Kamalakannan for consultation. He listened patiently to everything what we had to say, learnt my father's medical history, examined my father and explained everything very well and said there seems to be no worrisome problems. Anyways to confirm, he advised to take a pelvic CT scan and results showed that there is no such growth. Doctor's examination was perfect and matching. Still to reconfirm, he conducted a colonoscopy and confirmed that my father is perfectly alright. He prescribed very few medicines for constipation and motion control. My father was very happy and finally, we all got peace of mind. We are highly grateful for his unblemished service.
