I suffered from cervical disc bulge for 6 months with no hope of recovery after several sessions of traction and IFTs. I slept on wedge pillow or mostly in sitting position. If I fall asleep flat, next day I experienced pain that can't be explained in words. Mine was a severe case, I used to wake up at 3 am due to pain. Life was very hard during those months. Within 2 sessions of Varma, I saw results. Then doctor suggested to go for entire lumbar alignment package since I had bulge with no compression in lumbar region as well, I took the full spine treatment. Followed the diet and medications strictly. Now I'm sleeping flat and recovered 80%. Hoping to recover fully with 1 review session and doing asanas taught by doctor. I will write an article with all my reports and my recovery journey with all that I learnt to help people with speedy recovery. Don't go for surgery before you try varma. Wish you all good health.
