Read it till end. I am posting this after long cooling period/gap as my treatment got completed. 

Treatment taken - Availed 2 direct dental implant(not bridge) , 4-5 teeth fillings, 1 cap for broken teeth and as usual tooth cleaning. Yup I have lots of dental issues

- After visiting/getting treatment from most of the clinic in Chennai and pondicherry. I came to know about this clinic from my Sister. Soon I enter this clinic, I feel like its very neat and hygiene. 

- Waiting Time : Maximum wait time will 10-15 mins. They respect individuals time and don't make them wait for long time. Also they list all of their appointments for the specific day, on the board placed in reception. This is quite transparent and impressive. 

- Doctor's were young, professional and good in their knowledge. They do explained all of my dental problems and answered all of my questions in a polite manner. 

- Treatment Cost : As I said earlier, after comparing lots of clinics in Chennai and pondicherry, I felt that this place costs low/reasonable. For me, Here, it costs around 50k for my treatment(mentioned above). Whereas, in other clinics where I enquired, they said that it would take around 90k to 1L. 

After a long trouble, most of my dental issues got fixed in this clinic. Now, I feel better.I would like to appreciate and thank all the doctors who treated me. Also the hospitality provided by the receptionist/Front office person was good.

I took my Mother to MS Ram’s dentistry for full mouth dental implantation who was suffering from toothache for several years now. I am incredibly impressed by the outcome. My mother had painless procedure and with few days she was able to recover and eat all her favorite food. Very friendly doctor and looking problems with care. Definitely will recommend to others. Went to some reputed dental parasu dental and dentistree for my implant issue and all are in the ways of getting money and nobody resolved my implant problem. Heared vivek doctor is good in solving implant issue, even his dental center is far away I went and described my issue. So eventhough issues are there he will look for without charges since he fixed implant issue. So by heart, he is very good dental doctor.

I visited the MSR clinic on 03-May-21 which was a mind blowing experience and strongly recomend Dr. Vivek for his magic.he expalined things very clear and polietly, also in no time he extracted my wisdom tooth with out pain. staffs were very polite and kind enough to ensure we are comfortable following all covid protocols. Mentioning Dr.Ashiq too who was so caring while providing local anesthisia.If you are in chennai and looking for a good dentist care, pls dont go nowhere else but to MSR clinic. once again a huge thanks do Dr. Vivek and his team.

His friendliness approach towards patients and the clear explanation of problems and solutions differentiates him with the rest. I had problem with my 3-4 teeth’s which were resolved very quickly in span of 3 months. His entire staff are very friendly and always smiling. Looking at all reviews being 5 star, was skeptical. But Dr. Vivek is really a pro and very friendly in dealing with the patient, explaining in detail about the issue in hand in layman's terms. The procedure itself took less than 30mins, and I'm completely satisfied with the results. Dr. Sathurmathi being friendly, giving a walk through on the procedure when removing sutures helped ease my nervousness. All the supporting staffs had shown immense warmth throughout the time i was in the clinic. Nothing but praises. Thank you team.

Had my implants done here 6 months ago. 3 months after they were placed, my first implant became loose and a week ago, screw from another implant came off while i was brushing. Good thing I spit the screw out instead of swallowing it. I can’t even imagine if it had went inside my body instead of coming out. I live in Canada where dental is very expensive, but i have no other choice other than getting it fixed here. I recommend against going to this dentist if you’re especially visiting from out of country.

Doctor and the staff are very friendly and it helped to get away with my fear of aftermath of tooth extraction. I had number of question which the associate doctor answered even before I asked. Though i had complications of my root very near to nerve and even close to the adjacent root it took time and the doctor patiently enquired about my pain everytime. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need.
