I have been going to Vallalar Physio & Yoga Centre for physiotherapy for my knee pain. Dr Ravishankar P who practices at Vallalar Physio & Yoga centre explained well after assessing my left leg. Left thigh muscle was very stiff. I got to know that this muscle was contributing to my knee pain only from him. Dr Hema and Jeevan having been providing Ultrasound, Electrical pulses physiotherapy for the past 5 days. As per Dr Ravishankar's guidance Jeevan started cupping physiotherapy from yesterday.
