This attitude came across as ******** *** insensitive to our concerns.
As patients, we expect empathy, support, and respectful communication from our healthcare providers. Dr. Nasreen’s approach, however, fell short of these standards, leaving us feeling disregarded and frustrated during an already stressful time. I sincerely hope that Mehta Hospital takes patient feedback seriously and ensures that all staff provide the compassionate and respectful care that patients deserve.
