When we asked for clarification on the report, her response was not only unfriendly but also dismissive, with * ******* smile *** * ******** **** that made us feel uncomfortable. This attitude came across as ******** *** insensitive to our concerns.
As patients, we expect empathy, support, and respectful communication from our healthcare providers. Dr. Nasreen’s approach, however, fell short of these standards, leaving us feeling disregarded and frustrated during an already stressful time. I sincerely hope that Mehta Hospital takes patient feedback seriously and ensures that all staff provide the compassionate and respectful care that patients deserve.
