I had a good consultation experience. The doctor was soft and polite. She clearly explained and suggested me how to overcome the problem. I would recommend my familly and friends to consult this doctor. But i feel there needs to be some improvement when it comes to the hospital and the pharmacy.The receptionist is less knowlegdeable and there is no proper maintenance of patient''s database. And when it comes to pharmacy they don''t have injections, tablets that is being prescribed by the doctor as these are out of stock so i had to buy the medicines from other pharmacy.

Dr. Nalini mam gives prompt response on queries , friendly approch. Always available on call/watsapp. Punctual at appointments. Scan center recommendation was good. Only essential medicines prescribed. Fees is nominal. Essential Govt related procedures (RCH ID) was explained by doctor.
We had visited the hospital and it was for my wife. She had thyroid-related health issues. She had checkup* ****** *** ***** Medicines were prescribed. Waiting time was not much. I am satisfied with the treatment given. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. Now my wife is fine.
