Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issueValue for money
1)Assistants who took dental x ray were very inexperienced and not properly trained. They struggled with the task and repeated the process thereby subjecting me to unnecessary exposure to harmful X rays
2) Though I told the Dr that I did scaling for my teeth only a month back, without explaining or informing properly, they did scaling again and charged me rs. 1500/_ If one more scaling was required, it should have been properly explained and my consent taken.
3)while the particulars of a new patient are obtained in a form, as soon as a new patient walks in., they want the patients to sign in a consent form, agreeing to all procedures etc., even before the patient meets the Dr. What is the need to sign a consent form even before patient meets the Dr and knows what exactly is to be done,?
Dr. Sumedha Nandakumar kept me comfortable throughout the procedure and clearly explained all my queries. The clinic atmosphere was excellent, the staff were kind, and the wait time was reasonable. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

Felt like I was not given the proper service for the expensive prices they charged!
They are not even ready to give the paper consultation report which is so unprofessional! The doctor was saying they are not giving any more reports over paper but only through email! This is not the way, you treat a patient, Doctor! It's a patient's wish to have the reports over paper or email! What if a patient is not having email address but wants the report physically, will you tell him just create an email address right away so we will send the report? Strange!!
Taking x-rays in the office, took a lot of time, they have issues with their machines and take more time in taking teeth x-rays.
Overall, not a good experience visiting the place!

I am diabetic, initial plan given was to have 3 sittings for my root canal.
They chose to do It over 4 sittings and one additional visit( when I had gum pain)
Additional sitting and care was given and longer gaps for pain to subside and gums to heal.
