I was suffering from several health issues for last two years, to start with first one being sleep apnea, secondly severe gastritis and disc bulge issues. Regarding sleep apnea, I cannot breathe properly when I sleep and had lot of issues for proper sleeping in the night. Started using CPAP machine for last to two years and with the machine I was not able to get deep sleep. I tried allopathy, homeopathy but was not able to come under control, then I approached Dr. C. Muthunagai@ Heritage Ayurveda Clinic, also I had an opportunity to discuss about all health issues which I was facing and she started prescribing minimum ayurvedic medicines. Also I sincerely followed diet and medications as prescribed by the doctor. Now for the past one month, I'm able to sleep freely without CPAP machine. I have also reduced 4kgs in the meanwhile which in turn has solved more issues which I had in my body. Most importantly I stopped using BP medicines due to this and my BP is still normal. Very clear understanding of the problem by doctor has relieved me in so many health issues and I'm able to see that I back to normal how I used to be before two years. I got affected by Ankylosing Spondylitis(Confirmed after the positive result in HLA-B27) before 1 year. I got pain and inflammation almost in all joints(Mainly in spine). I tried lot of allopathy treatment and medicines. But, no action of relieving. The pain persists for more than 3 months. My colleague recommended to go for the treatment in Heritage Ayurveda Clinic. The treatment went for 3 months (15 days with Kizhi, Vasthi and etc, ). After that provided with fully Ayurveda medicines for 2 months. I had symptoms like fever, throat pain, loss of smell and taste, and body pain two months back. I called Dr. C. Muthunagai at Heritage Ayurveda Clinic in Chennai. She asked me to take a HRCT of lungs which confirmed COVID 19. She sent medicines and prescribed a diet plan. I meticulously followed all her instructions, keeping myself isolated from my family. All my symptoms got reduced within 5 days. Doctor followed-up with me regularly during the course of medication. After the treatment course, I was intrigued to do the CT scan again to know the present status. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had come out normal. Me and my family were tested positive for covid 19 in September 20. My friend referred me Heritage Ayurvedic Clinic. As im staying in odisha I consulted over call and the doctor gave me instructions. At first,for insect bite have went to allopathic medicine, haven't get any result even after four days of treatment. Burning along with pain persisted.
