In the initial assessment meeting, Mini Thomas Madam discussed around 2 hours to understand the issue . This approach helped us to clearly explain the issue and seek clarification for our long held doubts and confusions. I met her at the end of July 2025, and within one month I lost more than 9 kgs — from 119 to 110. My goal now is to bring it below 100. I also had some health issues earlier, but after following her diet plan I feel much better. A strict diet with regular exercise and walking has really helped me in reducing weight.
When I came to know that my schoolmate Mrs. Minu Thomas is a dietician and by the time my HBa1 reached to 11.1 and Triglice level was 316. Being an Engineer by profession, frequently I used to travel a lot, inside and outside India for work.
