Madhavi ji is friendly, caring, empathetic and understanding in nature. I would describe her as a friend, rather than a doctor. She talks smartly, keeps you engaged and meanwhile does her work as well very smartly. She responds to the queries very quickly and makes the patient very comfortable. Trust is very important factor when you visit a doctor and her genuineness helps in building that factor. If there isn't need for an activity, she tells you clearly as compared to others who give you unnecessary tests. Her focus is patient's satisfaction rather than the pocket of the patient.

She explained the problems with my teeth very clearly in layman terms without using any medical jargons. She also suggested various options available for treatment. She never insisted on a specific procedure or treatment. She laid down all the possible options clearly explaining the pros and cons of each option leaving the final decision to me. The fees that she charged was very reasonable. She was very punctual, organized and respected my time. She didn't make me wait and met me at the appointed hour on all the occasions. Post treatment she called me to check my well being. Overall it was a very refreshing experience. Going forward I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and acquaintances when they ask for a dentist recommendation.
