Excellent way of communicating to patients and he calmed down us where we were in a fear about our kids treatment and finally after the treatment we got that it's not a severe issue. So we are happy with the information given by him before the treatment.

He has good experience in autoimmune encephalitis, which is a rare condition and not most of the neurologist has come across similar cases. My daughter was earlier admitted in a medical college where a team of doctors treated her. But due to the rare diagnosis most doctors are unaware of the prognosis and followed the usual protocols. Dr. Lakshmi Narayanan has treated her based on his prior experience, though it’s a very rare condition. Highly recommend him for any neurological issues and autoimmune encephalitis for children.

I strongly don't recommend him. We went to check EEG for my kid .

The doctor seemed dismissive, asked several personal questions without explanation, and lacked the basic courtesy to communicate what might be happening. I don't recommend this doctor, i admitted my kid under his treatment, He don't explain any problem, even if we ask any doubts , he will not explain anything.

He will not visit the patient who is admitted under his treatment, he only nurses will speak to us, He is very rude, we discharged our kid in worse condition, Kid was good when admitted, ** **** *** *******he doesn't have any patience. he will not come inside to room and speak.

he keep on changing the injection every day

First thing he say is admit the patient and take treatment there are treatment available here

I don't recommend him, there are may good doctors in Chennai who will speak patiently and explain the problems.

Visited Doc Lakshmi Narayanan for my 4yrs old son.He insisted to take EEG & MRI. Doc was least concerned to explain the reports as I have all the rights to enquire abt my child.Doc was very rude and harsh when I had asked to explain the reports to understand the current situation of my son, ** **** *** *** **** ** * **** To explain the report and provide us the necessary info.Why are we paying huge consultation free when there is no proper service offered.With this anxiety I had to visit different hospital. Doctor is very well versed in analysing the problems and he advises out of the treatment also for parents. Got to know how to handle a kid with fix has to be taken care in her normal life. Thanks a lot and many people would need your help in future
