Not happy.

Not convinced on statement from Dr. Ravi Ramalingam, that bcoz of my obesity.

I as A Chief Engr marine, technically the statement is wrong.( sailed for 35 yrs)

As far as the ENT issue is concerned you said it is fine.

But as I need immediate cause and cure, there has to be some thing wrong in the pulmonary system, that I get flum and cough periodically.

Off late I am on BP medicine and very recently on diabetes.

(Last 8 months). Both are controlled on medication.

I was fit Chief Engineer Sailing and working on ship. (Till 60 yrs. of age)

Jr doctor pointed out that possibility of throat infection due acidity problem. I am convinced.for that answer. But There is no problem due to acidity. Confirmed by her. ( Dr. Ashwini).

I am not offended on your saying obese.

I am not convinced of your reasoning.

Technically speaking, if I find one of main bearings of main engine is getting hot on an old engine, I must know how to solve the problem by pin pointing. Locating cause and solve.

But simply I cannot say Whole engine has to be Overhauled, then brg problem will be solved.

Many thanks for diagnosing ENT problem and there is nothing abnormal as far as ENT is concerned.

Sir, I had visited the hospital this month for treatment /surgeryof nasal polyps and related health issues after visiting more than 3 to 4 ENT specialists in the chennai city. It is only in this hospital that my problem was solved. The Doctors here pay special attention to each and every patient and also discuss the health issues with the concerned patient and to the point. Further the Hospital staff are very polite/helpful and seems to be well trained over interaction with patients. It is the best ENT hospital in chennai as far as i have come across.Once again I thank the doctors/staff of KKR Hospital and Research Institute,Chennai

The coordination between the staff is not good. I was made to wait for my biopsy report for more than an hour. Which was supposed to be ready 3 days back itself. Moreover there is no proper exact answer for that.

My Father was reffered to endoscopy by the senior doctor. The staff said he will be attended soon.No body responded for one hour actually he is a diabetic. The staff just postponing without not attending to. When the doctor came after 1 hour and I informed about the patient that he is diabetic she said she was free and she was not informed of the test.

Please put attention on the patient.

Very bad experience. Went there after seeing the review. My dad had a minor issue and was having pain whenever he opened his mouth, pain scale of 3-4 over 10. They did blood test for mandibular joint issue. They didn’t even explain the diagnosis ******** neither did they explain what must be done. On top of that we had to wait almost 2 hrs for the consultation. And waited almost 1.5 hour for blood results ***** ****** **** ******** ** *** ***** ****** ** *** **** *** ****** We are going to see another doctor anyways.

Dr was easily approachable..he patiently listened to my problems and figured it out in a while.he made me understand the causes and cleared my doubts as well.finally he prescribed the medicines which are doing quite well and he ensured that I ll recover soon once after the ear cleaning session.

upto my expectation.Dr Ramalingam very experienced n encouraging.never did he show any sort of irritation or smthng like that.always found him engrossed in making d patients consoled n fearless.would suggest if u r having ent problems u must see Dr kkr or visit kkr ent hos.n research lnst.chennai.

Excellent doctors and explain the issue without creating panic. Good follow ups during recovery time. Excellent management of procedures. Good nurses n house keeping. Canteen would have been made better , as it would help out station patients like us.

At 9.30 Jr. Doctor advised audiometry &XRay .We finished all the test at 1o am for further checkup of Sr Doctor.Afyer long time waiting Sr Doctor came at 12.30 pm. When we entered his chamber he check my mother ear and advised for operating. In the meantime one Jr Doctor came with a another patients prescription & Sr Doctor beast with this prescription.

Then we came out his room.

It is not good for a doctor.

I am paid 2600 And spend near about 4 hours.

Is it good?

The blood report , X-ray and urine test had no use at the end when I met the doctor . He just asked about wat I’m gng through and prescribed with a tablet. Too much of waiting time and atlast felt that the money I spended at the hosp had no value

There is no difference of taking appointment and going straight.. Very delay.. And language problem.. They should know all languages.. No body in staff speaks in our language... How can we explain our problem if we don't know English or Tamil... But only thing is doctor is experienced...
