The experience with Dr. G. Manokaran was good and the doctor explained everything clearly. I would rate the consultation four out of five. The only downside was that the consultation fee felt a bit high.
The in-person consultation fee is Rs. 2,500 for a 15-minute session. Payment is accepted in cash only, and a receipt—issued on bit paper—is provided upon request. During the consultation, a nuclear scan is suggested at a cost of Rs. 13,000, available exclusively at Apollo, without any explanation for its necessity. Firstly, he did not allocate sufficient time for thorough explanations. Secondly, his demeanour suggested that he regarded his patients as uninformed. Additionally, he inquired about our lack of treatment over the past several years, which we consider a personal matter.
