We arrived at 5pm, checked in at the reception, and didn’t know we could call and take an appointment beforehand. We were told there were 8 people ahead of us, and that the doctor would arrive at 6pm. The staff wouldn’t let us leave and return closer to the doctor’s arrival, mentioning others might object. The wait time didn’t feel reasonable. The clinic was clean and had a breastfeeding room, but the doctor wasn’t fully patient or thorough in answering our questions.
